I stopped in today with a rear tire going flat on me. even though it was before opening hours they had me come in. They took all info and said they would call. I got a bit worried later when I had not heard from them 6hrs later. So I stopped in. turns out I needed a new valve stem. after the bill was taken care of and I was on my happy way. I noticed something different. things didn't shake or rattle or wiggle like before. I was so happy whoever had worked on my bike did me a solid by tighten up loos stuff. maybe they had to for what they did I don't know. I was just so pleased to feel as if they went over and above for me. Thanks so much. I will try to return since I felt as if I was dealt with the way you would like to be dealt with. Thanks again!!

MCPS was the best motorcycle purchase experiences I've ever had thanks to the entire staff. Early May'15, 1st contacted Matt Olds via email about a used Honda ST1300. He replied within 24 hrs. 3 wks later rode my Honda Shadow Sabre 1100 to MCPS for servicing & let Matt know I was coming. Matt was outstanding as he initially showed me the ST1300. A no pressure very pleasant/accommodating kind of guy. While prepping ST1300 for test ride, I saw a '03 Honda Goldwing with 10,450 miles for just under $11K!! He let me take it for test ride right away with no hassles. With $3K trade-in on the Shadow it was a no-brainer! Matt introduced me to Scott in Finance, Larry in Parts, and Jerry in Service - everyone was no pressure/pleasant/happy people. Jerry casually went over all the service checks and functional goodies, and answered all my questions. The entire experience was 5 stars. MCPS will have my business and recommendation for a long time!

I went into Motor City Powersports a few times, costing out and looking at scooters/mopeds. I was really pleased with the staff on the floor and how knowledgeable they were with the stock. Although scooters/mopeds aren't the primary sales, they spent the time, attention and patience explaining everything I had questions about. From the floor staff/sales to the service team and through to financing...I have nothing but great feedback. If you are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable staff with no hidden agendas or high-pressure sales, this is best place to go!

In 2009, I decided to purchase my first bike. I had to have a black Kawasaki Ninja, I had been going from dealership to dealership all day and finally said screw it. I called Motor city power sports and got a hold of Dave. He said they had black I told him I was on my way. The transaction took about a half hour and I was on my way out. Easy! The service guys are always great, they even pulled my bike out early from winter storage on short notice! I have never had a problem getting parts either. in the spring of 2012 I came on a lunch break, saw Dave again and told him I wanted the black zx-10r on their showroom, and I wanted to pick it up in about 2 weeks. Transaction went perfectly, couldn't be happier. Overall Dave is the best salesperson to work with. Brandon the finance manager was very easy to work with as well. Never a problem when I go to motor city power sports. I will definitely return when I am looking to purchase my next bike.

I have been dealing with Motor City for a few years now mostly for parts. The parts guys are great. Always very helpful and whiling to go the extra mile. The prices are great.
